The brand surface is applied across the whole system, not painted on at the end: your logo on the login, the console and every report; your custom domain and TLS certificate; a palette aligned to your brand; your favicon, welcome message and email sender; and an operator interface in English plus your local language, with right-to-left support where it is needed.

Underneath, it is built on the same architecture proven in production media estates, productised so any hospitality, retail, transport, government or premium-brand operator can have it as their own.

Built for you: six months of full customisation

The start package includes six months of customisation — 30 hours of any work you ask for — with a 24-hour response on improvement requests. "Any customisation" means exactly that, within the envelope: new business flows and operator views, trigger integrations such as PMS, calendar and weather, branded templates and report layouts, connectors, full data-driven content set-up, and console and workflow changes. After the six months, improvements continue under the maintenance agreement.

Elementi automated templates — designed once, deployed forever

Elementi automated templates are where content stops being a daily chore. A template is designed once in Elementi — a layout with zones for video, text, imagery and live-data widgets — and uploaded into 123CMS. From then on the system deploys the right template to the right player at the right moment and merges live data into it: room bookings, calendar entries, prayer times, weather, POS prices and more.

Every SpinetiX feature works inside 123CMS, and content automation is unlimited: data feeds, widgets, triggers, multi-zone layouts, multiscreen sync and the full jSignage content framework. What is 123CMS?

How is 123CMS different from a normal digital signage CMS?

A normal CMS is a fixed product you learn and adapt your business to. 123CMS is the opposite: it is shaped around your business flows, your operator roles, your branding and your design language. You are not handed a generic tool — you are handed your own system, built to match how your organisation already works.

What is included in the first six months?

Full customisation: 30 hours of any work you ask for over the first six months, with a 24-hour response on improvement requests. That envelope covers new business flows and operator views, trigger integrations (PMS, calendar, weather and more), branded templates and report layouts, connectors, data-driven content set-up, and console and workflow changes.

Do Elementi templates work in 123CMS?

Yes. Elementi automated templates are a core part of the system. Templates are designed once, uploaded into the CMS, and auto-deployed to the right player at the right moment with live data merged in — booking, calendar, prayer time, weather, POS and more. Versioning, rollback and an A/B holding bay are built in.

Do I lose any SpinetiX features by using my own CMS?

No. 100% of SpinetiX platform features work inside 123CMS, and content automation is unlimited. The difference is that you run them through your own build, branded and shaped for you, instead of a generic console shared by everyone.

Can 123CMS be extended for a specific venue?

Yes. The platform is modular. For a fully digital stadium currently being built, 123CMS was extended with venue-specific modules on top of the seven core working areas: Dynamic Navigation, VIP, Emergency, F&B and an advertising (ADV) module with proof-of-play and a programmatic-ready advertiser catalogue. Your build can grow the same way.

Where is 123CMS hosted, and who keeps it running?

Wherever your data needs to live: in the cloud, on your own infrastructure, or on hardware supplied and installed on your site. Maintenance — including improvements, security patches and new features — continues under the maintenance agreement. Secure remote access is required so the system can keep improving.

How does 123CMS relate to SpinetiX ARYA and Elementi?

It is a third path. ARYA is stock cloud; Elementi is on-premises authoring. 123CMS is your own branded, data-sovereign system with a multi-year managed relationship. Same hardware, same support, same SLAs — the difference is whose logo is on the console, whose servers hold the content, and which flows the CMS supports: the vendor's imagination, or purely yours.
