123CMS — Your Own Personalised Digital Signage CMS

· By Media La Vista

123CMS is a customer-branded content-management system that sits in front of your SpinetiX players. Your logo on every operator screen, your content on your servers, your domain in the address bar. One browser console runs the whole estate: scheduling, content, live monitoring, emergency control, proof-of-play and audit.

It represents a different idea of what a CMS is. For twenty years the deal has been simple and one-sided: the vendor ships a fixed product, and you learn it, adapt to it, and bend your operation around its menus. 123CMS turns that around. It is not a system you adapt yourself to — it is a system that adapts to you: your business, your flows, your guidelines, your branding and your design language.

One console for the whole estate — here themed for a cinema operator, on its own domain. The brand on the console is yours.

A new understanding of a CMS: built for you, not for everyone

Every signage platform on the market is built for everyone, which means it is built for no one in particular. You get the same console, the same workflow and the same compromises as every other customer, and the burden of adaptation falls on your team. 123CMS inverts the relationship. The product is shaped to your organisation before your operators ever log in, and it keeps being shaped as your operation evolves.

Your CMS. Your brand. Your data.

The brand surface is applied across the whole system, not painted on at the end: your logo on the login, the console and every report; your custom domain and TLS certificate; a palette aligned to your brand; your favicon, welcome message and email sender; and an operator interface in English plus your local language, with right-to-left support where it is needed.

Underneath, it is built on the same architecture proven in production media estates, productised so any hospitality, retail, transport, government or premium-brand operator can have it as their own.

One core. Every brand. Every operation.

The six consoles below are the same 123CMS — one codebase — running as six different operations. Only the brand, palette, terminology and the modules on the console change; the engine underneath is identical. The dark cinema console above and these six are the same system, each shaped to its customer. That is what "built for you" looks like in practice.

One console, eight working areas

Everything an operator touches is in one place. The eight core working areas cover the full daily lifecycle of a screen estate.

ModuleWhat it does
ScheduleWeek-view playout planner. Drag films and ads into a show, set per-clip duration and fade, target any player. Live "on air now" with progress.
ContentDrag-and-drop or FTP upload, tagging and in-browser preview. Live transcoding of any media, so operators never think about codec or format. Upload of any Elementi automated template, auto-deployed on trigger.
MonitoringPer-player live screenshot, online state, uptime, temperature, frames rendered and frame-drops. Players pull content; a local cache keeps playing if the network drops.
ControlOne-click emergency scenarios, text-overlay announcements, pause / play / restart, standby and volume — applied instantly, every action logged.
StatisticsEvery played item recorded with planned-versus-actual seconds. Proof-of-play, filterable by player, date and content type.
AuditImmutable who-did-what-when log of every change, read-only at the database level.
Players (inventory)A live inventory of every media player. Group players by site, zone or purpose, tag and search them, and target a whole group in one action instead of screen by screen.

Built for you: six months of full customisation

The start package includes six months of customisation — 30 hours of any work you ask for — with a 24-hour response on improvement requests. "Any customisation" means exactly that, within the envelope: new business flows and operator views, trigger integrations such as PMS, calendar and weather, branded templates and report layouts, connectors, full data-driven content set-up, and console and workflow changes. After the six months, improvements continue under the maintenance agreement.

The customisation is organised around five pillars, so the work is structured, not open-ended:

PillarWhat gets built for you
1. Business flowsYour operational sequences encoded as workflows, authored with your team.
2. Content delivery scenariosScheduled, triggered, manual, zoned and time-of-day delivery — combined per flow.
3. Triggers & connectorsEvent sources that drive content automatically: PMS, IPTV head-end, calendar / room booking, prayer time, weather, BMS, POS, plus manual and emergency triggers.
4. Personalised viewsRole-based dashboards, one per job. Each operator sees only the controls their role needs.
5. Elementi automated templatesData-driven templates designed in Elementi, uploaded once, deployed automatically.
123CMS Workspace — design tokens and a vertical-specific module with shift briefings, plant comms and an emergency layer
Design tokens and your vertical's own modules
123CMS operator console fully localised into Arabic with a right-to-left layout
Full right-to-left layout for Arabic operators
123CMS operator interface language switcher offering English, Russian, Kazakh and Arabic
Operator UI in English, Russian, Kazakh or Arabic

Elementi automated templates — designed once, deployed forever

Elementi automated templates are where content stops being a daily chore. A template is designed once in Elementi — a layout with zones for video, text, imagery and live-data widgets — and uploaded into 123CMS. From then on the system deploys the right template to the right player at the right moment and merges live data into it: room bookings, calendar entries, prayer times, weather, POS prices and more.

  • Upload any Elementi template — drop in data-driven widgets and scenarios built in Elementi; the CMS handles deployment.
  • Field-merge live data — the same template renders different content per player, per hour, per event, without anyone editing a file.
  • Versioning, rollback and an A/B holding bay — change a template with confidence and revert in one click.
  • Live transcoding — upload whatever media you have; the system converts it to a player-ready format automatically.
123CMS Content — uploading an Elementi (.7z) project for automatic deployment to players
Upload an Elementi project (.7z) and the CMS deploys it to the right players automatically, with live data merged in.

100% of SpinetiX features. Unlimited automation. Your own build.

Choosing your own CMS does not cost you anything from the platform. Every SpinetiX feature works inside 123CMS, and content automation is unlimited: data feeds, widgets, triggers, multi-zone layouts, multiscreen sync and the full jSignage content framework. What changes is ownership. You run all of it through a build that is branded for you, shaped to your flows and hosted where your data has to live, instead of through a generic console shared by every other customer.

It grows with you: a fully digital stadium

Because the platform is modular, 123CMS is extended for the venue it serves. For a fully digital stadium currently being built, the seven core working areas were extended with venue-specific modules inside the CMS itself:

  • Dynamic Navigation — wayfinding and crowd-balancing that update with the venue's real state.
  • VIP — personalised lounge welcome, live streams, statistics and sponsor takeover from one console.
  • Emergency — one trigger flips every screen in the affected zone to the shortest exit and releases the gates.
  • F&B — dynamic menus from the point of sale, queue estimates and upsell triggers.
  • ADV — an advertising module with broadcast slates, statistics, an advertiser catalogue, programmatic-ready inventory and the proof-of-play that justifies every renewal.
  • Admin & Integrations — ticketing, fire panel, VIP systems and the rest of the venue, connected.

Your build can grow the same way. The modules you need are added to the system you already own, rather than forcing your operation into a fixed template. See Digital Signage for Stadiums & Arenas for the wider picture.

Hosted where your data has to live

Install it wherever the data needs to be.

DeploymentWhat it means
CloudWe host it; maintenance is included.
On-premises — your infrastructureRuns on your own servers; content never leaves your building.
On-premises — our hardwareWe supply and install the server on your site.

Maintenance — on cloud and on-premises alike — includes improvements, security patches and new features. Secure remote access is part of every deployment: it is how improvements and patches are delivered. For data-residency requirements such as keeping content inside the country, on-premises satisfies the rule while the system keeps improving.

One vendor. One responsible party.

123CMS sits on the SpinetiX platform, which has shipped zero CVEs since 2007 — no Windows, no Android, no attack surface. One vendor stands behind the players, the operating system and the CMS, so there is one SLA, one secure architecture and no finger-pointing.

Your CMS. Your brand. Your data. One vendor for the players, the CMS and the support — and one brand on the screens: yours.

Where 123CMS fits

It is not a replacement for SpinetiX ARYA or Elementi — it is a third path beside them, for organisations that want their signage to carry their own identity and keep their own data.

The future of digital signage is built for you

For two decades, "getting a CMS" meant accepting someone else's idea of how your screens should be run. That era is ending. The next one belongs to operators who run their estate on a system that carries their name, fits their flows and answers to them. A CMS that is yours is not a luxury — it is simply a better way to run signage than a standard product built for everyone. That is what 123CMS delivers.

For SpinetiX partners: the offer no one else can make

Every integrator resells the same players and the same stock CMS, so the conversation always slides back to price. 123CMS takes you out of that race. You stop quoting a licence and start handing the client their own system — branded for them, shaped to how they work, hosted where their data has to live. That is a proposal only you can put on the table.

It turns a commodity bid into an award-winning pitch, shortens the sales cycle, and wins the clients everyone else is chasing on discount. You are not another reseller — you are the partner who gives a customer their own CMS, and that is what makes you the champion in the room. One vendor stands behind you, one product sets you apart, one easy yes from the client.

123CMS — Your Own Personalised Digital Signage CMS FAQ

What is 123CMS, and how is it different from a normal digital signage CMS?

123CMS is a customer-branded, data-sovereign digital signage content-management system that sits in front of SpinetiX media players, supplied by Media La Vista — SpinetiX Master Distributor for the Middle East since 2007. A normal CMS is a fixed product you learn and adapt your business to: every signage platform on the market is built for everyone, which means it is built for no one in particular. 123CMS inverts that — it is a CMS that adapts to you, shaped around your business flows, operator roles, branding and design language, and it keeps being shaped as your operation evolves. One browser console runs the whole estate: scheduling, content, player inventory, live monitoring, emergency control, proof-of-play and an immutable audit log.

Can I get a digital signage CMS with my own branding, logo and domain?

Yes. In 123CMS the brand surface is applied across the whole system rather than painted on at the end: your logo on the login, the console and every report; your own custom domain and TLS certificate; a colour palette aligned to your brand; and your favicon, welcome message and email sender. Operators never see a vendor's name — the console reads as your organisation's own system, on your own address. The same 123CMS core has been branded as corporate TV, government, stadium, education, public-spaces and airport operations from one codebase.

Is 123CMS just a white-label rebrand of someone else's digital signage software?

No. A white-label product is a fixed vendor platform with a reseller's logo dropped onto it — the workflows underneath still belong to the vendor, and the customer still adapts to them. 123CMS is developed in Dubai by Media La Vista and shaped per customer: the branding is only the visible layer, while the business flows, operator views, triggers, connectors and modules are built to match how your organisation actually works. It runs on the Swiss-engineered SpinetiX platform, so one vendor stands behind the players, the operating system and the CMS — one SLA, no finger-pointing.

How much customisation is included with 123CMS, and what does it actually cover?

The 123CMS start package includes six months of full customisation — 30 hours of any work you ask for — with a 24-hour response on improvement requests. That envelope covers new business flows and operator views, trigger integrations such as PMS, IPTV head-end, calendar and room booking, prayer time, weather, BMS and POS, branded templates and report layouts, connectors, full data-driven content set-up, and console and workflow changes. The work is organised around five pillars — business flows, content delivery scenarios, triggers and connectors, personalised views, and Elementi automated templates — so it is structured rather than open-ended.

What happens after the first six months of customisation run out?

Improvements to 123CMS continue under the maintenance agreement, against an agreed SLA instead of the 30-hour, 24-hour-response envelope of the first six months. Maintenance covers improvements, security patches and new features on cloud and on-premises deployments alike. Because 123CMS is a multi-year managed relationship rather than a seat rented in someone else's system, your requests shape your own build instead of joining a global product backlog.

Can a digital signage CMS run on my own servers instead of a vendor cloud, and who keeps the content?

Yes. 123CMS installs wherever the data has to live: in a cloud hosted and maintained by Media La Vista, on your own on-premises infrastructure so content never leaves your building, or on a server MLV supplies and installs on your site. On-premises deployments keep content, proof-of-play statistics and the immutable audit log on infrastructure you control, rather than flowing into a vendor's monetisation cloud. Secure remote access is part of every deployment — it is how improvements and security patches are delivered.

Is 123CMS suitable for government or data-residency requirements such as the UAE PDPL?

Yes. 123CMS runs on-premises inside the customer's own network and is air-gap capable, which is the practical answer to data-residency rules such as the UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL, Qatar PDPL and Kazakhstan's data-localisation law. It is developed in Dubai by Media La Vista — a regionally built, locally accountable management layer on top of the Swiss-engineered SpinetiX platform, which has shipped zero CVEs since 2007 because it is a purpose-built appliance rather than a consumer OS. Role-based access, a customer-branded login and an immutable who-did-what-when audit log, read-only at the database level, come as standard.

Does 123CMS support Arabic and right-to-left operator interfaces?

Yes. The 123CMS operator console has a full right-to-left Arabic layout — the interface is mirrored, not merely translated — and ships with a language switcher offering English, Russian, Kazakh and Arabic. Localisation is treated as part of the brand surface, so operators work in English plus your local language, with right-to-left support wherever it is needed. Media La Vista builds and supports this from Dubai as SpinetiX Master Distributor for the Middle East.

Do I lose any SpinetiX features by running my own CMS instead of the standard one?

No. 100% of SpinetiX platform features work inside 123CMS and content automation is unlimited: data feeds, widgets, triggers, multi-zone layouts, multiscreen sync and the full jSignage content framework. Choosing your own CMS costs you nothing from the platform. What changes is ownership — your brand on the console, your servers holding the content, and flows built to your operation rather than to a generic console shared by every other customer.

Do Elementi templates work in 123CMS?

Yes. Elementi automated templates are a core part of 123CMS: a template is designed once in Elementi, uploaded into the CMS as a project file, and from then on the system deploys it to the right player at the right moment with live data merged in — room bookings, calendar entries, prayer times, weather, POS prices and more. The same template renders different content per player, per hour and per event without anyone editing a file. Versioning, rollback, an A/B holding bay and live transcoding of any uploaded media are built in.

Can a digital signage CMS be extended for a specific venue or industry?

Yes — 123CMS is modular, so venue-specific modules are added inside the CMS itself on top of the eight core working areas. For a fully digital stadium currently being built, 123CMS was extended with Dynamic Navigation, VIP, Emergency, F&B and an advertising module carrying broadcast slates, an advertiser catalogue, programmatic-ready inventory and the proof-of-play that justifies every renewal. Your build can grow the same way: the modules you need are added to the system you already own, instead of forcing your operation into a fixed template.

How does 123CMS compare to SpinetiX ARYA and Elementi?

123CMS is a third path beside them, not a replacement. ARYA is the stock SpinetiX cloud with SpinetiX branding and content on a shared cloud; Elementi is on-premises authoring on your workstation under a perpetual licence; 123CMS is your own branded, data-sovereign system, hosted in the cloud or on your servers, with six months of customisation included and a multi-year managed relationship. Same hardware, same support, same SLAs — the difference is whose logo is on the console, whose servers hold the content, and which flows the CMS supports: the vendor's imagination, or purely yours.
