SpinetiX Elementi Design once. Let the data deploy it.

Elementi is SpinetiX's on-premises content authoring software — the design half of the platform. It runs on your Windows workstation, gives you 250+ widgets and a visual editor for data-driven templates, multi-zone layouts and the jSignage framework, then publishes straight to your players. Nothing has to leave your network to be designed. Where 123CMS and ARYA manage the estate, Elementi is where the content itself is built — and it is built to keep updating itself long after you close the file.

[ capabilities ]

The authoring tool for screens that maintain themselves

The point of Elementi is not that it makes slides. It is that it makes templates which read your live data and redraw themselves — so a hundred screens stay correct without a hundred manual edits. That is the whole argument for content automation.

250+ Widgets

A library of professional widgets that pull data from the tools your business already runs on — G-Suite, Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, calendars and more. Drag a widget in, point it at your data, and the screen keeps itself current.

Data-Driven Templates

Design once, let the data fill it. Elementi projects read JSON, XML, CSV, spreadsheets, REST APIs and iCal feeds — so a menu board, a KPI dashboard or a room-booking panel updates itself without anyone reopening the file.

Multi-Zone Layouts

Build layered compositions on a single canvas — video zone, ticker, sidebar, clock, live feed — each on its own timing and its own data source. Everything is placed visually, with a timeline for sequencing and transitions.

jSignage Framework

Underneath the visual editor, projects are SVG with jSignage logic. When a layout outgrows the widget library, Elementi X opens the Developer Console with JavaScript debugging — real code, versionable, no black box.

Full-Screen Preview

Elementi renders your project locally exactly as a player will show it. Test transitions, live data and timing on your workstation before anything reaches a screen in the lobby.

Publish Where You Need

Push a project straight to players on your network, publish to a network location or WebDAV repository, or send it to SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise cloud with the Send to Cloud button. On-premises authoring, your choice of delivery.

[ editions ]

Three editions. One project format.

Elementi comes in three editions — S, M and X. They differ in scale and in how deep you can go, not in what a project fundamentally is: a project authored in S opens in X. Start where your estate is today; move up when the automation gets ambitious. A fully featured 30-day trial is available in 20 languages, and the Elementi Update Plan keeps your licence on the latest release with security patches and support.

Elementi S

[ what it's for ]

What people actually build in it

Elementi earns its place wherever content changes faster than a person can redraw it — and where the source of truth already exists in a system nobody wants to duplicate by hand.

Menu boards that follow the kitchen

Prices, availability and dayparting driven from a spreadsheet or POS export. Change the sheet, the boards change. Nobody re-exports a JPEG at 6am.

Data-driven content →

Live dashboards and KPI walls

Widgets bound to JSON, XML, CSV, REST APIs and business tools — production figures, queue times, safety counters — rendered on screen instead of screenshotted into a deck.

Widgets for live data →

Multi-zone lobby and wayfinding screens

Video, ticker, clock, weather and room schedules composed as zones on one canvas, each with its own timing and its own feed.

First project with Elementi →

Custom integrations

With Elementi X, parsers and the Developer Console let integrators bind screens to systems that were never meant to talk to signage — and debug the JavaScript when they misbehave.

[ how it fits ]

Elementi, ARYA, 123CMS —
not a choice of three, a choice of shape.

These are not three competing products. Elementi authors, ARYA and 123CMS manage — and the useful question is which combination matches how your organisation actually works. Plenty of estates run Elementi for design and a cloud or branded console for delivery.

Elementi — authoring

  • → Windows desktop, on your network
  • → The most capable editor for complex templates
  • → Works air-gapped — content never needs the internet
  • → Publishes to players, WebDAV, or ARYA Enterprise cloud

ARYA — cloud management

  • → Browser-based, subscription model
  • → Multi-site, multi-timezone fleet management
  • → SpinetiX-branded console
  • → Pairs with Elementi in hybrid deployments

123CMS — your own console

  • → Customer-branded, cloud or your servers
  • → Shaped to your business flows
  • → Elementi templates uploaded once, deployed automatically

FAQ

What is SpinetiX Elementi?

Elementi is SpinetiX's on-premises content authoring software for digital signage. It runs as a Windows desktop application, includes 250+ widgets for data-driven content, and publishes projects directly to SpinetiX players over your network — or to SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise cloud. The software stays on your workstation, which means your content and your data never have to leave your network to be designed.

Which operating systems does Elementi run on?

Windows only. SpinetiX lists support for Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, and Windows 7 with SP1 or later. A 64-bit processor is required as of Elementi 2021. macOS and Linux are not supported.

What is the difference between Elementi S, M and X?

Elementi S covers a single site with up to 10 players and the core editing, timeline and preview tools. Elementi M adds unlimited players and sites, publishing to network locations, an assets repository, and user rights control — the edition for teams across several locations. Elementi X adds the developer layer: advanced data feed widgets, XML/JSON parsers, Fusion Style Pack creation, the Developer Console with JavaScript debugging, and XML Tree / WebDAV document views.

Can I try Elementi before buying?

Yes. SpinetiX offers a fully featured 30-day free trial, available in 20 languages. Media La Vista can pair the trial with a scoping session so you evaluate Elementi against your actual content and data sources rather than a generic demo.

Should I use Elementi or ARYA?

They answer different questions. ARYA is the cloud CMS — browser-based, subscription, strong for distributed fleet management. Elementi is on-premises authoring — a desktop application with the more powerful editor for complex, data-driven templates. Many estates run both: content is designed in Elementi and delivered through ARYA. Our Knowledge Center compares them in detail.

Where do I buy Elementi licences in the Middle East?

From Media La Vista. We have been the official SpinetiX Master Distributor for the Middle East since 2007 — licensing, Update Plan renewals, training and technical support are handled locally, in your timezone, by engineers who deploy these projects themselves.
