The fastest way to run a signage estate.
ARYA is SpinetiX's own cloud content management system — a true SaaS platform you reach from any browser. Content, schedules, video walls and the health of every player live in one console, and SpinetiX runs the servers behind it. There is nothing to host, nothing to patch and no VPN to build before your first screen goes live. It is the shortest path from a box on a desk to an estate under control — and, at InfoComm 2025, it was named Best Cloud-Based Signage.
What ARYA gives you
ARYA is the cloud layer of the SpinetiX platform — the same players, the same DSOS, the same widget library, managed from a browser instead of a workstation.
True SaaS — nothing to host
ARYA runs in the browser. SpinetiX operates the servers, the updates and the backups, so there is no CMS to install, patch or maintain. You sign in and your estate is there.
Drag-and-drop scheduling
Build playlists and schedules by dragging content into place. Multi-site and multi-timezone scheduling means content plays at the right local time in every city.
Video walls made easy
Video-wall layouts are configured from the same console as everything else — no separate tool, no per-screen hand-holding.
Fleet monitoring at scale
A real-time dashboard with alerts, on-demand remote screenshots and scheduled, group-based firmware deployment. Tag players by location, department, floor or client and drive them in bulk.
Multiple users, real governance
Role-based access for admins, editors and viewers, plus SAML/OIDC single sign-on, content/player/user tags and full audit-trail logging on the Enterprise plan.
Templates, HTML5 and Elementi
Crafted templates with animations and transitions, HTML5 layer content, and integration with Elementi software and its 250+ widget-constructors for data-driven content.
What ARYA is for
ARYA earns its place wherever screens outnumber the people looking after them. It fits multi-site organisations whose players sit in different buildings, cities or countries; managed service providers running fleets for several clients at once; teams who need more than one person publishing from more than one location; and any operation that wants to be live this month rather than after a server project. If your organisation prefers Opex to Capex, and if ISO 27001, GDPR and BSI C5 satisfy your compliance people, ARYA is very likely the right answer.
When to look elsewhere
We would rather tell you this up front than after the invoice. ARYA needs the internet, so it cannot serve an air-gapped network. If content is legally required to stay inside your building or your country, Elementi on-premises is the honest choice, and its desktop editor is still the most powerful tool for complex template work. If you need the console itself to carry your brand and your business flows, that is what 123CMS is for. Many estates end up hybrid: Elementi for authoring, ARYA for managing the fleet. Same players either way — no hardware is wasted if you change your mind.
ARYA vs Elementi vs 123CMS
Three ways to manage the same SpinetiX players. The choice is a business decision — how you pay, where the data lives, and whose brand is on the console. We sell all three.
From box to cloud in five steps
Connecting a player to ARYA is enrollment, not integration. Players reach the cloud over outbound HTTPS on port 443 with certificate-based mutual TLS — no inbound rules, no passwords on the wire.
Create an ARYA account
Choose a plan based on player count. Media La Vista can set this up with you.
Open the player's web interface
Reach the player on the local network and go to Configuration → Cloud Management.
Enter the enrollment code
ARYA issues a unique code. The player opens a secure HTTPS channel and exchanges TLS certificates.
Verify the green status
The player appears in the dashboard with its content, firmware version, network state and a screenshot preview.
Tag it and publish
Label by location, department, floor or client, then assign content to a player or a whole group. It pushes automatically.
FAQ
What is SpinetiX ARYA?
ARYA is SpinetiX's own cloud content management system for digital signage — a true SaaS platform accessible from any browser. It lets you create, manage and schedule content, run video walls, and monitor a fleet of SpinetiX players without hosting a server yourself. SpinetiX describes it as the award-winning CMS for enterprises.
Is ARYA mandatory for SpinetiX players?
No. SpinetiX players work standalone with Elementi (on-premises) or from network shares. ARYA is optional cloud management for teams that need remote access, campaign scheduling and fleet dashboards. Air-gapped networks use Elementi; distributed teams generally prefer ARYA.
Where does ARYA store my content?
ARYA uses SpinetiX's secure cloud infrastructure in Switzerland. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant and BSI C5 attested. For organisations that cannot use public cloud at all, Elementi provides fully on-premises management, and 123CMS provides a customer-branded system that can run on your own servers.
What plans does ARYA have?
SpinetiX publishes three: Discovery (free, 1 GB storage, 9 templates, unlimited screens), Premium (monthly subscription, adding templates, audio support, priority scheduling, player monitoring and reporting, and multi-user access), and Enterprise (annual, per-player, adding unlimited users with permission management, 10 GB storage per player, audio and HTML5 support, content/player/user tags, audit-trail logs and video wall). Media La Vista can confirm current plan detail and pricing for your estate.
How many players can ARYA manage?
ARYA scales from 1 to thousands of players. Fleet management includes grouping by tag, bulk operations and real-time status dashboards. Enterprise pricing is subscription-based per player.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Players keep playing. Each SpinetiX player holds a local content cache, so screens continue running their scheduled content when the cloud is unreachable and resynchronise once connectivity returns. ARYA does, however, require internet — it is not suitable for air-gapped networks.
