About the Middle East Representation Office

MEDIA LA VISTA FZCO serves as the representative office for SpinetiX SA in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Iraq, and Turkey. SpinetiX offers the best technical support in the industry. We have been operating since 2007 and are actively involved in the development of new products.
We maintain a stock of media players, provide technical support, and coordinate partner operations.
Our mission is to be helpful. We ensure that users receive knowledge, care, and respect along with the equipment.

PARTNER CLUB
SpinetiX products are sold exclusively through the Partner Club. We carefully select companies for membership and provide certification. We train partners to configure players and create content, sharing knowledge and experience to help them serve end users effectively. We handle the replacement and repair of faulty media players and act as the first line of technical support for end users and integrators.
WHAT WE LOVE TO DO
We grant partner status, offer training, and provide consulting and technical support. We oversee complex projects, participate in negotiations and presentations with Partner Club members, write articles and books, and speak at industry conferences.
ABOUT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We work around the clock, ensuring that ninety percent of our partners have the mobile numbers of our engineers and management. We continue working until the problem is resolved.

We dislike bureaucracy and irresponsibility. We adhere to a one-contact rule: if an employee doesn't know the answer, they will find out and get back to you with a solution.

THE SIMPLE MODEL LINE
The model line includes three media player models and two content creation programs. The media players generate visuals for displays, projectors, video walls, and LED screens in a real time. The content creation programs are used to develop content that the media players display.
QUICK SETUP
With our content creation programs, we provide ready-made widgets and training materials. It takes just 10 minutes to master the content editor, while the Elementi program can be learned in an hour.
USER FRIENDLY CMS
Widgets are tools designed to fill screens with dynamic information. The Elementi program includes 250 widgets, featuring options like clocks, dates, weather, news, social media, graphs, and more. Widgets allow users to automate content management, saving time on future updates. The media players ensure the screen is filled with relevant information, enabling you to focus on your business.

  • We cannot assist if you wish to purchase the software or player separately. We take responsibility for every detail and line of code, which is why the players and software function exclusively together. This is the SpinetiX mark of quality.
