The CCIB needed to move beyond traditional printed signage to dynamic, real-time updates. Managing distinct content at multiple locations — from wayfinding displays to marketing screens — required a flexible and scalable digital signage platform that could integrate with third-party event management systems.
The Solution
A fleet of 50 SpinetiX HMP200 players, operational since 2014, paired with Elementi software powers the CCIB's digital signage network. The system is modular and integrated with third-party event systems for seamless scalability.
Professional 43" to 45" displays placed throughout the convention center deliver wayfinding, event schedules, room assignments, and marketing content — all updated in real-time.
