A major bank — one of the top three in Central and Eastern Europe — partnered with the venue to transform its hospitality zone at a 68,000-seat football stadium into a unique VIP destination with interactive and innovative digital solutions.

Project Goals
The sponsor's brief was ambitious — five specific objectives that the digital signage system had to deliver:
- ① Turn the hospitality zone into a unique VIP destination with innovative and interactive solutions, ensuring partners and clients feel comfortable at every home match
- ② Create a wow-effect and reinforce the sponsor's image as an innovative company
- ③ Build a successful advertising platform for sponsor and partner activations
- ④ Increase loyalty among the bank's clients and the football club's fans
- ⑤ Establish the digital design code for the entire stadium
The VIP Space
The hospitality zone was divided into six distinct areas, each requiring its own content strategy:
Equipment Installed
The deployment included multiple display technologies — each chosen for its specific role in the VIP experience:
- ▸ Main stage video wall — 6.0 × 3.4 m, ceiling-mounted for unobstructed viewing
- ▸ Bar area video wall — 6.1 × 1.4 m, creating an immersive backdrop behind the bar
- ▸ Professional LCD panels — 15× 55-inch displays distributed across all six zones
- ▸ Interactive touch kiosks — 2× 1-meter diameter circular stands for guest engagement
- ▸ Holographic pyramids — 2 units creating floating 3D images for sponsor branding
- ▸ Sound system — Harman amplification, JBL acoustics, BSS processors, Crown amplifiers
- ▸ Decorative lighting — 400 RGBW fixtures for programmable ambient lighting
- ▸ SpinetiX HMP400 — 5 media players managing all digital content
Content Strategy
Five SpinetiX HMP400 players managed all content across the zone. The content plan covered four scenarios:
- ▸ Sponsor branding — corporate materials and image content from the sponsoring bank and the football club
- ▸ Match broadcast — live game feed mirrored from the VIP boxes, or emergency stadium announcements
- ▸ Interactive & holographic — custom content for touch kiosks and holographic pyramid displays
- ▸ External source input — HDMI override for guest speakers, presentations, and live announcements
Results
- Unique VIP Destination The hospitality zone became a signature attraction — the grand opening coincided with the club's championship match, generating massive media coverage.
- Innovation Image Boost Holographic pyramids and interactive kiosks reinforced the sponsor's positioning as a technology-driven company, earning praise from clients and partners.
