How Zaryadye Park Manages Its Multimedia Complex: CRM Integration, Automated Ticketing, and Content Security

Zaryadye Park — one of Moscow's most iconic public spaces, located steps from the Kremlin — uses SpinetiX to power its multimedia complex. Built by integrators Lanit-Integration and DIGIS, the system goes far beyond simple signage: it's integrated with the park's CRM, ticketing system, and turnstiles, automatically displaying real-time event information and ticket availability.

What the System Covers

The Zaryadye multimedia complex operates across three primary zones within the park's central information and entertainment facility:

Ticket Zone

Displays show upcoming events autosynced with CRM — ticket availability updates in real-time

Entrance Zone

Displays integrated with turnstiles — session reminders and attraction schedules

Common Hall

General park information, event promotions, and visitor wayfinding

CRM & Ticketing Integration

This is not simple content scheduling — the system is deeply integrated with the park's operational infrastructure:

  • CRM synchronization — displays pull event data directly from the park's CRM system. When a new event is created, it automatically appears on the relevant screens.
  • Ticket availability — the number of available tickets is published automatically. When sessions sell out, the display updates without human intervention.
  • Turnstile sync — entrance zone displays are coordinated with turnstile access control, showing session-start warnings tied to actual gate operation.

Content Update Methods

SpinetiX supports multiple content update triggers — all used at Zaryadye:

1
Scheduled — content updates once daily at a fixed time
2
Calendar-driven — content pulled from .ics calendar files, any number of updates per day
3
Remote calendar — synced with an externally hosted .ics file for real-time updates
4
Event-triggered — using RPC (Remote Procedure Call) for instant updates from external systems

Security Architecture

As a high-profile public venue, content security was critical. SpinetiX players are built on a secure, non-standard operating system:

  • No Windows, no Linux — proprietary RTOS immune to common attack vectors
  • Zero CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) reported in SpinetiX's history
  • Compatible with third-party management systems and open standards
  • Regular firmware updates for proactive security patching

Results

  • Fully Automated Operations Staff don't manually update displays — the CRM integration handles event promotion, ticket counts, and session scheduling automatically, freeing the team for other priorities.
  • Security-First Approach Zero CVEs, proprietary RTOS, and compatibility with existing security infrastructure — critical for a venue adjacent to the Kremlin.

Technology Used

  • SpinetiX media players
  • Elementi content editor
  • RPC + ICS integration
  • CRM & turnstile connectivity
